Ma-Po Tofu This was our second time making this dish and somehow, this time, it went horribly wrong (in my opinion).  The tofu was extremely mushy (Eric didn’t mind it), but the flavor was there.  Next time, we’re pan frying the tofu before stir frying it.  Problem solved.
